LC History Northern Ireland Trip

On the 17th and 18th of November last twenty five leaving cert History students accompanied by Ms. Fitzgerald and Mr. Maxwell took part in a History trip to Northern Ireland. The students whilst in Belfast visited Stormont parliament buildings and the Ulster Museum. On the second day the group visited the historic walled maiden city of Derry and engaged in tours of the walls themselves, the Free Derry Museum and the Apprentice Boys of Derry Memorial Hall. The trip was found to be a most enjoyable and educational experience by all.
